It was like fate.  I just found out this year that Otakon does the artist alley as a lottery, I had always assumed that it was a first come first serve (and after trying for the 3rd year for AnimeNext and not getting a table we can assume that I'm not so good at that).  I just happened to check the website when I found out about the lottery and it was open that day.  I signed up saying to myself, 'Don't get to exciting, you're most likely not getting one.'  

Sunday I managed to give myself 2nd degree burns on my arm from work (I work in a kitchen), Monday I was waitlisted for AnimeNext (with no hope in sight) but accepted for Otakon!!!! I've been going to this con for 9 years now and am super excited about (finally) being able to vend there!!! I can't wait!! Must sew all the things!!!!
